Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Handle incoming and outgoing client calls professionally, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information about the consulting services.
Initiate proactive follow-up calls to clients for updates, feedback, and to ensure their needs are met effectively.
Manage appointments coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless scheduling process.
Send appointment reminders and confirmations to clients in a timely manner.
Greet office guests, clients, and partners warmly and ensure a positive first impression of the consulting firm.
Manage visitor log and provide appropriate assistance, such as offering beverages, informing staff of guest arrivals, and guiding visitors.
Maintain records of client interactions, appointments, and communication history in an organized and easily accessible manner.
Assist with administrative tasks such as managing emails, drafting letters, and preparing documents as needed.
Foster strong client relationships through effective communication, understanding their needs, and ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly.
Keep the client database updated by entering new client information and maintaining accurate records of interactions and progress.
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce consulting services, gather information, and schedule appointments.
Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer questions, and convert prospects into clients.
Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor in all client interactions, whether on the phone, via email, or in person.
Liaise with managers, and internal teams to relay important client-related information and ensure a cohesive approach to client service.
Collect feedback from clients about their experiences with the consulting firm's services and communicate relevant insights to the management.
