Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Handle incoming and outgoing client calls professionally, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information about the consulting services.

  • Initiate proactive follow-up calls to clients for updates, feedback, and to ensure their needs are met effectively.

  • Manage appointments coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless scheduling process.

  • Send appointment reminders and confirmations to clients in a timely manner.

  • Greet office guests, clients, and partners warmly and ensure a positive first impression of the consulting firm.

  • Manage visitor log and provide appropriate assistance, such as offering beverages, informing staff of guest arrivals, and guiding visitors.

  • Maintain records of client interactions, appointments, and communication history in an organized and easily accessible manner.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as managing emails, drafting letters, and preparing documents as needed.

  • Foster strong client relationships through effective communication, understanding their needs, and ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly.

  • Keep the client database updated by entering new client information and maintaining accurate records of interactions and progress.

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce consulting services, gather information, and schedule appointments.

  • Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer questions, and convert prospects into clients.

  • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor in all client interactions, whether on the phone, via email, or in person.

  • Liaise with managers, and internal teams to relay important client-related information and ensure a cohesive approach to client service.

  • Collect feedback from clients about their experiences with the consulting firm's services and communicate relevant insights to the management.
