We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager - Operations to oversee the entire operations of our gaming zone. The ideal candidate will have vast hospitality knowledge and a proven track record in business achievements.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Oversee and manage the entire operations of the gaming zone, including account, HR, GRE, GRO departments, etc.

  • Manage a team of at least 30 members and ensure that all operational activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the gaming zone.

  • Ensure that all customer complaints are handled professionally and resolved in a timely manner.

  • Achieve the targets set for the gaming zone and ensure that P&L is maintained.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase footfall and sales.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and security policies and procedures.

  • Additionally, the scope of responsibilities includes various other tasks and initiatives (according to management need), which will be elaborated upon during the interview.

  • Strong leadership and management skills.

  • Minimum graduation required.
