Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Build and maintain an excellent network of suppliers and vendors in the local market.
Identify potential vendors and negotiate pricing and terms of purchase.
Develop and implement strategies for cost-effective purchasing.
Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to meet operational needs.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.
Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock levels and minimize stock-outs.
Collaborate with other departments to forecast future demand and plan purchases accordingly.
