Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records for the gaming zone
Prepare financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders
Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations
Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and standards
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
Prepare and file tax returns and other government reports
Serve as the head cashier for the gaming zone
Manage petty cash and other cash transactions
Process and review purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents
Maintain an organized and efficient accounting system
Provide support to management and other departments as needed

Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience in the retail or hospitality industry
Knowledge of accounting software and systems
Understanding of financial policies and processes in the industry
Great with MIS (Management Information System)
Ability to work as head cashier and manage cash transactions
Knowledge of purchase documents like GRN, invoices, etc.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (preferred)
