HR Recruiter Cum Admin

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter and Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, appraisal, and retention of employees, and providing administrative support. The successful candidate will have recruitment experience in the service industry, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires

  • Conduct staff appraisals and manage performance-related issues

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

  • Manage employee relations and handle employee grievances

  • Manage the administrative tasks of the gaming zone, including scheduling, maintaining files and records, and managing the budget

  • Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure timely payment of salaries, bonuses, and other employee benefits

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts in the gaming industry and related fields

  • Work closely with the management team to identify recruitment needs, and develop strategies to meet those needs

  • Assist in the implementation of employee training and development programs

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and issues related to employee turnover

  • Basic leadership skills and the ability to work independently

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • Working knowledge of 4+ job portals and 2000+ LinkedIn connections (Given Priority)

  • Ability to develop and maintain a strong network of contacts in the gaming industry and related fields

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Master’s degree will be preferred
