HR Recruiter Cum Admin
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter and Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, appraisal, and retention of employees, and providing administrative support. The successful candidate will have recruitment experience in the service industry, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires
Conduct staff appraisals and manage performance-related issues
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Manage employee relations and handle employee grievances
Manage the administrative tasks of the gaming zone, including scheduling, maintaining files and records, and managing the budget
Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure timely payment of salaries, bonuses, and other employee benefits
Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts in the gaming industry and related fields
Work closely with the management team to identify recruitment needs, and develop strategies to meet those needs
Assist in the implementation of employee training and development programs
Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and issues related to employee turnover
Senior Technician/Manager Technician (Bowling/Arcade)
Highly skilled Amusement Industry Senior Technician with a proven track record in managing technical operations, ensuring safety compliance, and enhancing guest experiences within Games Zones and FECs. Adept at leading teams, implementing innovative solutions, and maintaining equipment to deliver exceptional entertainment value while prioritizing safety and efficiency.
Purchase Executive
The Purchase Executive role is pivotal in orchestrating the procurement landscape, ensuring the efficient acquisition of goods and services through adept supplier relationships, strategic negotiation, and impeccable record-keeping. This role is integral to maintaining seamless operational flow while optimizing costs, all while adhering to procurement standards and practices.
Account Executive/Finance Executive/Head Cashier/MIS Executive (With account knowledge)
The Account Executive will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the gaming zone, including managing accounts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting procedures and standards.
Skills & Requirements
At least 2 years of recruitment experience in the service industry
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Good knowledge of HR policies and procedures, as well as labor laws and regulations
Basic leadership skills and the ability to work independently
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Working knowledge of 4+ job portals and 2000+ LinkedIn connections (Given Priority)
Ability to develop and maintain a strong network of contacts in the gaming industry and related fields
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Master’s degree will be preferred
