Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software systems.

  • Ensure high availability and reliability of IT systems to support uninterrupted operations.

  • Implement cybersecurity measures to safeguard sensitive data and customer information.

  • Manage, Monitor and Optimize Point of Sale (POS) Operations and ticketing solutions for seamless guest transactions.

  • Enhance the overall guest experience by leveraging technology to provide entertainment, information, and convenience.

  • Develop and maintain databases to collect and analyze guest behavior, preferences, and trends.

  • Implement and manage maintenance tracking systems to schedule and monitor equipment maintenance and repairs.

  • Streamline maintenance processes to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.

  • Provide technical support to staff and guests, addressing IT-related issues promptly.

  • Establish a responsive helpdesk system to ensure timely resolution of IT-related queries and problems.

  • Manage relationships with IT vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely service delivery.

  • Evaluate vendor performance to ensure adherence to service level agreements and quality standards.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate IT solutions into digital marketing campaigns.

  • Provide training to staff on IT systems, software usage, and data security best practices.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.

  • Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of IT system failures.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the amusement industry.

  • Propose and implement innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and guest experiences.

  • Manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for hardware, software, licenses, and IT-related projects.
