Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Assist the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and pitches for potential clients.
Communicate with clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings to gather requirements, address inquiries, and provide information about services and packages.
Assist in follow-up activities to nurture leads, answer questions, and convert prospects into paying customers.
Support the development and implementation of strategies to improve lead conversion rates.
Prepare regular sales reports, tracking key metrics, leads generated, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts for review by the sales manager.
Work closely with the operations team to understand the day-to-day activities, safety protocols, and guest experience management.
Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through operational improvements, process streamlining, and innovative solutions.
Analyze operational workflows and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource utilization.
Assist in managing inventory levels of attractions, games, supplies, and consumables to ensure availability and prevent shortages.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that all attractions, games, and equipment are well-maintained, safe, and functional at all times.
Learn about employee scheduling, roster management, and staff allocation to ensure smooth daily operations.
Gather feedback from guests and staff to identify areas for improvement and address any operational challenges.
Support the coordination and execution of special events, parties, and promotions within the FEC or games zone.
Assist in ensuring that all operational activities adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and technical departments, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Senior Technician/Manager Technician (Bowling/Arcade)
